Simon M. Jeynes, ISM® Consultant
Simon Jeynes has been with ISM® since 2003 after a 26-year career in independent education as teacher, administrator, and 10 years as head of school. He has worked in residential, day, single sex, co-ed, 7–12, and K–12 schools. Mr. Jeynes earned his MA from University of Oxford and his BEd (Hons) from the University of Lethbridge.
Chip Snowden, ISM® Senior Consultant
Chip Snowden joined ISM® in 1993, bringing 20 years of experience in independent school administration. Prior to serving as the head of Fort Worth Academy (Texas) for 3 years, Chip was head of Wayne Country Day School (North Carolina) for 4 years and assistant head at St. Paul's Episcopal School (Alabama) for 13 years. He also taught at St. Andrew's School (Delaware) for seven years. Chip holds a BA from the University of the South (Tennessee) and an MA from the University of Delaware.

Roxanne Higgins joined ISM® in 1982 as an associate consultant specializing in insurance. She became president of ISM® in 1990 and is responsible for the overall operation and management of the company. She also serves as ISM® senior consultant and instructor, serving approximately 30 schools per year in on-site schedule design analysis and creation.
