Sign Up Now! In today’s litigious society, Christian schools often find it necessary to defend themselves against expensive lawsuits, even when the accusations may be groundless or frivolous. For an annual fee of $199 (regardless of the number of employees in the school) ACSI will reimburse member schools up to $30,000 per year for legal defense costs arising out of employment related and student related lawsuits. ACSI has expanded the LDRP to include reimbursement of attorney fees of up to $500 to participating member schools so that they can obtain legal advice through prelitigation attorney consultations for threatened employment-related litigation. The exact per hour limit and other terms and conditions are contained in the LDRP Indemnity Agreement.
