Fundamentals of Sustainable Funding

Last Updated Nov 2, 2009

Are you interested in building the fundamentals that will get you on the path to sustainable funding? Are you already “self-implementing” the Benevon Model without a real team? Are you ready to engage more of your board members and volunteers in the process?

Join us for this two-part, interactive teleconference series as Benevon Founder and CEO, Terry Axelrod, teaches you the building blocks of the model and how to customize them to your group’s unique needs.

In this highly engaging program, you will learn to:

  • Define and quantify sustainable funding for your organization.
  • Dissect and critique a Point of Entry® to ensure that it truly sizzles.
  • Compare your results to our formulas for successful implementation of the model.
  • Engage your board in the process of attaining sustainable funding.
  • Build a Sustainable Funding Team—i.e., how to stop doing it all alone and find others who are passionate enough to roll up their sleeves and jump in.
  • Conduct an inspiring board retreat that will help your board realize that sustainable funding is within their reach and show them a step-by-step plan for how to achieve it.
  • Find funding to attend our full Curriculum for Sustainable Funding.
  • Cultivate and ask major donors for funding, one-on-one.

You will receive:

  • An electronic workbook with handouts, scripts, and templates.
  • An optional thirty-minute call with your board if they are interested in pursuing our Curriculum for Sustainable Funding.

Who must attend:

  • A minimum of two people per school (one administrator plus one board member or volunteer).

Tuition:

  • $149 (plus the long-distance cost to dial into the conference call line).

Special offers:

  • Your full tuition for this Fundamentals of Sustainable Funding series will be credited towards your group’s Benevon 101 tuition if you register for a 101 workshop within thirty days of the end of the teleconference series.

Registration:

  • Registration for this two-part call series is limited to 75 conference lines, so please register soon. Note that you are signing up to attend both calls. These calls are non-refundable and non-transferable.
