10 Easy Steps for the ACSI Assessment Program Process
- Ordering and administration of the TerraNova 3, ACSI Edition Achievement Test is a benefit of ACSI membership. If your school is not already a member of ACSI and is interested in becoming one, call 719.528.6906 or email your request.
- Schedule spring testing using the following date guidelines:

- December 9, 2011: Order deadline to receive discounted pricing.
- January 13, 2012: Deadline to order and complete the Online Enrollment Survey if testing in March.* (You may enroll by January 13 for April testing, as well, and you will also receive your test administration materials earlier.)
- February 17, 2012: Deadline to order and complete the Online Enrollment Survey if testing in April.*
* Adjustments may be made to your student enrollment counts in the Online Enrollment Survey only during the window of dates in which you begin the online enrollment process. The demographics and optional reports section of Online Enrollment must be completed in one sitting and cannot be adjusted once submitted.
- April 2012: This year's testing window is scheduled to take place between April 1 and April 30, 2012; however, testing may be scheduled earlier. The spring empirical window is equal to instructional days 136–160. If your school has completed 136 days of instruction for the year, it is within the empirical norm window and can begin testing. Schools that send their documents in for scoring earlier will receive their reports earlier. The scoring center must receive completed test books and answer sheets no later than May 31, 2012. Documents received after this date cannot be included in the ACSI norms.
- May 31, 2012: Deadline for answer sheets to be received at the scoring center. Documents received after this date cannot be included in the ACSI norms.
Quick turnaround! Once the scoring center has received your materials to be scored, you will receive access to ACSI Data Online in 5 days, PDFs of score reports within 5 days, and paper reports within 10 days.
