City on a Hill

CITYU is a high school filmmaking curriculum which demonstrates how all of the arts comeCity on a Hill Logo together through film to unite passion and purpose. In a language students are already using, they will combine compelling visuals and new technical skills to create faith-filled messages. These messages can be shared with a media-hungry culture and convey Christ in new and imaginative ways.

The CITYU filmmaking curriculum is presented with a Christian worldview so that students can apply a Biblical perspective to their artistic genius. Whether a student is a writer, director, musician, conductor, actor, or member of the crew - their work can be an act of worship.

The curriculum includes more than 90 interactive videos and 840 minutes of behind-the-scenes teaching footage, cast of characters, teaching points, case studies and lectures.
