Relational Wisdom 360

Relational Wisdom 360Relational Wisdom 360 (RW360) is honored to partner with ACSI to equip teachers and administrators with skills that strengthen relationships, reduce conflict, and contribute to an environment that enhances spiritual, academic and social education.

We do this by providing CEU-approved web-based and live training on relational wisdom (RW), which is a biblically-grounded form of emotional intelligence. RW may be defined as your ability to discern emotions, interests and abilities in yourself and others, to interpret them in the light of God's Word, and to use these insights to manage your relationships successfully.

Our training covers the biblical and psychological basis for relational wisdom and provides four simple acrostics that enable you to weave these concepts into your professional and personal relationships. RW dovetails with the conflict resolution principles presented in The Peacemaker: A Biblical Guide to Resolving Personal Conflict.

Teachers and administrators who master these skills can experience closer and more productive relationships with students and their parents, as well as co-workers and supervisors, resulting in less conflict, improved team-building, better job performance, a more credible Christian witness, and an example that inspires students to pursue relational wisdom in their lives.

This material was developed by Ken Sande, founder of Peacemaker Ministries and Relational Wisdom 360. Trained as an engineer, lawyer, and mediator, Ken has conciliated hundreds of family, business, church, and legal conflicts. As president of RW360, he now focuses on teaching people how to build strong relationships and reduce conflict in the family, church and workplace. RW360 also provides consulting on how to teach and practice relational wisdom in a school setting, as well as conflict coaching, mediation and arbitration services for schools that need assistance in resolving serious conflict.
