Steve Dill, EdD
Steve served at Delaware County Christian School (DCCS) in Newtown Square, PA, for 40 years before joining the ACSI staff in 2013. His roles at DCCS included teacher, coach, director of development, assistant headmaster and head of school. He served on the ACSI Board of Directors before becoming Senior Vice President for ACSI USA, providing oversight for regional and national services for US member schools. He has served as an adjunct professor at several Christian universities and on various boards. He began serving as the Executive Director of the ACSI Education Foundation in 2017.

Larry Taylor, PhD
the President of ACSI, Dr. Taylor also serves as the Chairman of the Board of the ACSI Education Foundation. Larry served as Head of School at Prestonwood Christian Academy, Plano, TX, for nineteen years, during which enrollment grew from 200 on
one campus to nearly 2,000 students in five different schools. Larry established the Kingdom School Institute (KSI) to teach principles of “kingdom education” to principals and teachers, and he enjoys sharing kingdom education principles
around the world, having ministered in Cuba, Nigeria, Uganda and India. He served on the ACSI Board of Directors before being named President/CEO of ACSI as of July 1, 2019.
Teri O’Connor, MA, CFRE
CEO, Advancement by Design
As a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), Teri works with clients to help them build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with their donors. Sought as a national speaker on the topics of donor development and institutional advancement, she has
had the privilege of working with faith-based organizations for over 25 years. While she specializes in working in the educational arena, she has also consulted on major projects for notable clients in broadcast ministry, international missions, and the
church. She currently serves as the Vice-chair of the board of the ACSI Education Foundation.
Bryan Miller, MS
Partner, Bowden Miller Shepherding Group
Bryan rose through the banking industry, eventually serving as a bank president
in Memphis, TN, before his board service at Evangelical Christian School (ECS) led him to switch careers and become President/CEO of ECS. Bryan served in that role for twelve years before starting a consulting practice for Christian Schools –
the Bowden Miller Shepherding Group (BMSG). He serves on the board of the Christian Community Foundation of Memphis and also serves as Secretary of the Board for the ACSI Education Foundation.
Alan Pue, EdD
President, The Barnabas Group, Inc.
As one of the founding members of the Foundation Board, Alan brings a distinguished career in K-College Christian education to the table, calling it "both my vocation and my passion." An author of several books on Christian school leadership,
Alan has consulted with over 200 Christian schools and has published a wealth of articles on topics related to Christian school leadership. "The need for quality, transformational Christian schooling has never been greater nor have the challenges
facing those Christian schools ever been more daunting. Building quality Christian schools and developing exceptional Christian school leaders is of the utmost importance." Alan currently serves as the treasurer of the ACSI Education Foundation
Bo Gutzwiller, MEd
Head of School, Foothill Christian School
Having served as the Head of School at Foothill Christian School in Glendora, CA, for more than 30 years, Bo is a respected Christian school leader in Southern
California. Bo also serves on the ACSI Board of Directors, currently serving as Chair. He has been very active in accreditation for ACSI, having previously served as Chair of the ACSI Accreditation Commission.
Steve Wilson, MA
President, Peak Advancement, LLC
Steve served as the Director of Advancement at Lakeland Christian School in Lakeland, FL for sixteen years, and now serves as President of Peak Advancement, LLC, a consulting firm for Christian schools
and organizations needing assistance in supporting the advancement function. He held leadership positions in the business world before joining Lakeland Christian School, and he has been active in multiple community organizations.
Robert D. Griffith, MD

impact of current cultural mores and societal pressures on the students of today. Through his years as a Christian school parent and track coach, he uses his strengths to influence the role of the classroom in furthering the message of Christ. "I
believe that Christian education can act as the leaven that changes our culture, by changing the world view of our youth. I wish to be a part of His Work." Robert also chairs the board of the ACSI Children’s Education Fund (ACEF).
Linda Harrelson, MA
Head of School, Summit Christian Academy
Linda was a successful business owner and school parent serving on the board of Summit Christian (Lee’s Summit, MO – outside of Kansas City) when she was asked to serve as interim Head of School. She then accepted the Lord’s call to move from business leadership to Christian school administration. Summit Christian has seen significant growth under her leadership. She was elected to the ACSI board in 2017 and joined the ACSI Education Foundation board in 2019.
