The 2023-24 Preliminary Student Activities Calendar has been updated as of May 25, 2023. All events and dates are subject to change until Registration opens on September 1, 2023.
2023-24 Preliminary Student Activities Calendar
2023-24 Digital Event Submissions Deadlines:
- Creative Writing Festivals - February 23, 2024
- Math Olympics* - March 8, 2024
The submissions deadlines above apply to all digital events within that category. Dates/deadlines do not vary by individual event Chairs/Hosts. Schools may upload their submissions on the Student Activities E-vents platform beginning one month prior to the date provided, but the judging process will not begin until after the deadline.
*Though Math Olympics is a digital event, it is not hosted on the E-vents Platform.
Chairperson/Host Site Volunteer Opportunities
The success of the ACSI Student Activities program depends on individuals and schools who volunteer to serve as Chairpersons and Host Sites for the numerous events scheduled annually. Thank you in advance for your willingness to serve as an ACSI Student Activities Chairperson and/or Host. By doing so, you are partnering with the Student Activities Team to serve member schools in your community, across the nation, and around the world!
A few benefits of serving as an ACSI Student Activities Chairperson/Host:
- Get first access to Student Activities registration.
- School Registration Fee is waived for the event Chair. (Student participation fees still apply.)
- Receive a "thank you" honorarium.
- Enable member schools to broaden their students' education experience.
- Create a friendly competition that brings out the best and sharpens all involved.
- Experience the satisfaction of a "job well done".
