2021-22 Student Activities Update

As of May 2021, it has been determined that Art Festivals, Band/Orchestra Festivals, Choral Festivals, Piano Festivals, Speech Meets, and Spelling Bees will be offered as both in-person and virtual events in 2021-22. All Creative Writing Festivals and Math Olympics will remain virtual events only for the 2021-22 school year. 

Middle School Leadership Conference and Spelling Bee Kits will also be available for purchase. Both events are on-demand and provide your school with all the resources needed to facilitate an event on your campus any time during the 2021-22 school year. 

The ACSI High School Student Leadership Conference will be in-person (live) November 21-23, 2021 in Washington, D.C. Registration is now open at !

Chairperson/Host Site Volunteer Opportunities

The success of the ACSI Student Activities program is dependent upon individuals and schools who volunteer to serve as Chairpersons and Hosts for the myriad of events that are scheduled annually. Thank you, in advance, for your willingness to serve as an ACSI Student Activities Chairperson and/or Host. By doing so, you are partnering with the Student Activities Team to serve member schools in your community, across the nation, and around the world!

A few benefits of serving as an ACSI Student Activities Chairperson/Host:

  • Get first access to Student Activities registration.
  • School Registration Fee is waived for the event you Chair. (Student participation fees still apply.)
  • Receive a "thank you" honorarium.
  • Enable member schools to broaden their students' education experience.
  • Create a friendly competition that brings out the best and sharpens all involved.
  • Experience the satisfaction of a "job well done".

  • Math Olympics – March 4, 2022

Registration Instructions

To register your school for Student Activities, complete the online registration form and pay by credit card or E-check (ACH). Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email that includes information on how to access the Student Activities handbooks and resources. 

EARLY REGISTRATION FEE: Sept 1 through Nov 30 - $70 per event
LATE REGISTRATION FEE: After Dec 1 - $90 per event

Note: The Student Activities program is a member benefit of ACSI. Your school must be a current member of ACSI in order to participate. If you are not yet an ACSI member, please contact your Divisional Office, or visit ACSI Membership for more information.
