CEU Claim Form
Thank you for attending an ACSI Early Education event. When you engage in growing as a professional with ACSI, you are also earning CEUs that apply toward your professional development. Claiming your CEUs is easy - just complete and submit the Google CEU Claim Form. We'll verify your professional development participation and your CEUs will be processed and awarded to your Virtual Professional Portfolio (VPP) in the Learning section of Community and our web site. Once you have submitted this form no further action on your part is required. Please allow two weeks from the submission date of this form for CEUs to be awarded to your VPP (members).
Please be aware that completing this form is the only way to receive your earned CEUs.
