Are you looking for an opportunity to renew your professional and spiritual growth? As Christian early educators, we understand the importance of nurturing all children and loving them right where they are so that trust is built between the child and teacher allowing for dynamic growth and development in each student. Our conference theme, Nurturing Relationships Marked by Love and Boundaries, will direct the conference sessions to focus on modeling Jesus' love to our students while creating healthy boundaries in the classroom. Join early educators and develop a deeper understanding of ways to provide an engaging early education classroom environment that will allow children to feel safe, loved, and accepted.

Keynote & Breakout Sessions
There are Giants in the Land: Creating an Environment that Grows Spiritual Giants:
Henry Brooks Adams said "Teachers affect eternity; no one can tell where their influence stops." Nurturing spiritual growth of our children doesn't just happen because their parents choose a Christian preschool/school environment. It requires intentionality, purpose, and expertise on the part of every staff member to help develop a hunger and thirst for God and His Word. Come learn about what works, what helps, and what doesn't when developing spiritual giants in your school.
Different Strokes for Different Folks:
Do we really believe ALL children are "fearfully and wonderfully made?" Classrooms can be perilous in a number of ways for students with learning challenges. This workshop gives teachers the opportunity to "walk a mile" in the shoes of the children who invariably cause challenges in the classroom.
Culinary Tales: An "Eat and Learn" Experience:
In this hands-on workshop, we'll discover simple no-bake recipes taken from literature books kids love! Teach young chef-scientists how to safely use cooking tools, work together, and build reading and math skills while following a recipe. Explore playful, hands-on activities that integrate literature, print awareness, nutrition, and fun!
Inquiring Minds Want to Know...Developing Critical Thinking Through Classroom Science:
The more we learn about the wonders of our universe, the more clearly we are going to perceive the hand of God." (F. Borman) God made everything and everything God made is good. Science lessons are exciting because the simplest evidence of God's creations can fascinate young learners. Leave this session with ready-to-do ideas for science, art, and Bible lessons.
