  • An Administrator's Guide to California Private School Law. Written and published by the West Coast law firm Liebert Cassidy Whitmore. This reference book provides California-specific laws and rulings as they apply to private education in 15 areas. 
  • CAPE. The Council for American Private Education (CAPE) is a coalition of national organizations and state affiliates serving private elementary and secondary schools. CAPE often functions as the collective voice/representative of private education in the United States. ACSI is a board member. 
  • State Regulation of Private Schools. The U.S. Department of Education keeps a catalog of state-reported laws and regulations of private education for each state. You will find a 2009 version including all 50 states and an interactive U.S. map where updates are being made on a regular basis.
