Annual Report Documents (Northeast Region)—Due October 15!
Schools in our region will complete their Annual Reports (due October 15 of each year) utilizing REACH 2.1 documents (including the Annual Report Form, Faculty Waiver Forms, Statement of Financial Practice Form, and School Certification Spreadsheet). All of these documents have been updated and are more user-friendly, and are available online. In particular, please note the following:
- All documents should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not just submit an attachment without indicating in the email what you are submitting. We do not open any email attachments (Zips, scans, documents) without knowing what they are for.
- Schools will be required to utilize the new School Certification Spreadsheet (9/22/17), which has been reconfigured so that it is clearer and better reflects the different categories of faculty. Older versions of the spreadsheet will not be accepted for annual reports. Please do not cut and paste information into the new spreadsheet, as it may disrupt the formatting and formulas. This needs to be submitted in spreadsheet form. Please do not convert to PDF before sending it.
- In keeping with accreditation policy, schools will no longer be required to submit an updated Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP) with their annual report. However, schools will need to complete and maintain the CSIP so that it is available for the re-accreditation process. Progress on major recommendations will still be reported via the annual report form.
Additional information regarding annual reports will be sent to all schools in the summer.
