Nominate a Student
You must be correctly logged into www.acsi.org and affiliated with your school to nominate students. If you are unable to view the nomination form, you may not be properly affiliated with your school or your school’s membership may not be current. If you have questions or would like additional information, contact the DCHSS coordinator.
You should see your school name and member id number on the nomination form. If you do not, please contact the DCHSS coordinator because the school’s information will be missing in our database, therefore we would not know where to send the awards. Please check your entries before submitting for spelling.
Nominations are only accepted between December 5, 2011 and February 22, 2012. Please visit this page again within that timespan to nominate students for the DCHSS program. Thank you.
