Ohio River Valley

Last Updated Jul 2, 2009

The ACSI Student Activities Program seeks to encourage and inspire students toward a standard of excellence in leadership, communication, and performance by enhancing the academic and fine arts education program of the Christian school. It provides opportunity for the practical application and development of skills necessary for confident Christian leadership.

Each activity is planned to impact the educational and spiritual growth of each student, encouraging them to be a testimony to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Each event also seeks to provide opportunity for Christian fellowship and positive interaction between students and teachers of participating schools.

Host Sites Needed for Ohio River Valley Student Activities
The Ohio River Valley Region is blessed to have schools that are faithful in hosting Student Activity Events year after year. We appreciate every school that hosts events so that these programs are available to your students. We are in need of host sites for the following Student Activities in 2009–10:

Kentucky:       Middle School Leadership Conference
Math Olympics by Mail in Western Kentucky
Southern OH: Elementary Speech Meet
Northeast OH: Elementary Speech Meet
                     Geography Bee

Please contact Bobbie Kelly at the Regional Office if you are willing to host one of these events. Contact:

FCC Cheer Camps

Each year ACSI partners with the Fellowship of Christian Cheerleaders to provide quality cheer camps across the nation. FCC camps are exciting to me because it brings the integration of God’s Word into the sport of cheerleading. Your cheer teams not only learn quality cheer techniques, but also are challenged to live a life that is pleasing to the Lord. For more information visit the FCC website.
