Northern California Middle School Leadership Conferences
The middle school leadership conferences are one day conferences to challenge student leaders to exercise leadership that is thoroughly Christian in their respective schools. Two conferences will be offered this year. The speaker is Jason Wigand. Jason is the Pastor to Students at Redwood Chapel Community Church in Castro Valley. Jason is in charge of Crossfire (middle school ministry) and Ignite (high school ministry). The Crossfire Middle School Ministry at Redwood Chapel strives to build strongfollowers of Christ, all while having fun! Jason has been in student ministries for thirteen years. He has been a speaker at Hume Lake Camp and the BASS Church Convention. The theme is Leading Through Teamwork. The theme verse is Ecclesiastes 4:9–12.

Northern California Senior High School Leadership Conference
The senior high leadership conference is designed especially for Christian school students who serve the Lord in their local schools as student leaders. The theme is Leading Though Teamwork. The theme verse is Ecclesiastes 4:9–12.
Speaker: Dr. Alan Nelson
Dr. Nelson is a leadership development specialist. He has a doctorate in leadership from the University of San Diego and has written 14 books, including Growing Great Leaders and Lead Young, and over 200 articles. He has a new book coming out this fall. Dr. Nelson is the founder and CEO of KidLead, a non-profit, educational organization providing executive quality, character, and skill training for preteens and teens. He is also a lecturer of management at the Naval Postgraudate School. He will provide skill oriented content to this year's event, modeled after executive training programs. Be prepared to "learn by doing," along with an emphasis on spiritual leadership.
