When and where should I schedule my arrival flight for PFO?
Arrival Date: Saturday, June 23, 2012
Arrival Location: Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF)
Participants flying into BUF on June 23, 2012 should use one of the chartered bus times below unless they have made their own arrangements. You will be greeted by two PFO staff members near the area of baggage claim 1; they will have a bright PFO sign and balloons so that you can recognize them. Bring a book! You may have to wait at the airport for your scheduled departure time. Food and beverages are available at the airport.
- Bus #1 departs from BUF at 2:00 p.m. It arrives in Houghton at 3:30 p.m. Dinner will be available in the Houghton Cafeteria and is covered by your room and board fee.
- Bus #2 departs from BUF at 5:00 p.m. It arrives in Houghton at 6:30 p.m. Sack dinners will be provided upon arrival at Houghton College. This is covered by your room and board fee.

When and where should I schedule my departure flight from PFO?
Departure Date: Friday, July 6, 2012
Departure Location: Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF)
On Friday, July 6, plan to depart after 2:30 p.m. Two chartered buses will take the majority of participants to BUF.
Bus #1 will depart from Houghton College at 11:15 p.m. Arrival at the Buffalo airport by 1:00 p.m.
Bus #2 will depart from Houghton College at 2:00 p.m. Arrival at the Buffalo airport by 3:30 p.m.
When scheduling flights, please keep in mind that it is a 1 hour and 15 minute bus ride to the airport from Houghton College, in addition to the mandatory one hour check-in time for domestic flights and two hour check-in time for international flights.

Pre-PFO Organizational Meetings for International Schools of China
The International Schools of China (ISC) staff will be meeting before PFO for New Staff Orientation. All ISC peronnel should arrive on Thursday, June 21 in order to meet June 22–24. A chartered bus will meet the ISC group at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport and transport them to Houghton College. Please communicate with ISC to obtain the arrival timeframe for Thursday, June 21.

Transportation Costs
Chartered Bus: $30 per person, one-way
PFO provides a scheduled bus service to and from the airport.
Alternate Transportation: $40 per person, one-way
This option is provided if you are unable to use the chartered bus, but need airport pick up or drop off service. Individual pick up times will not be emailed to participants as this depends on the number of passengers in each group. Meet your party at Baggage Claim 1 at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.

If You Are Coming from...
Ohio: Take Interstate 86 (Southern Tier Expressway) east to exit 28 (Cuba); turn left onto Route 305; follow until road ends in Belfast; turn left onto Route 19 north and follow 7 miles to Houghton. Follow registration signs to parking area.
Rochester: Take Route 390 south to the Mt. Morris exit; turn left at light off ramp and follow to light in Mt. Morris; take left at light, then take an immediate right at light and follow Route 408 south to Nunda; turn right at light in Nunda onto Route 436 to Portageville and south on 19A (later turns onto Route 19) to Houghton. Follow registration signs to parking area.
Buffalo: Take Route 400 south, which becomes Route 16, to Yorkshire (Arcade); turn left onto Route 39 east and follow to Route 98; turn right at light and follow to Caneadea (Route 98 turns onto Route 243); turn left at blinking light at end of road; go north on Route 19 and follow 3 miles to Houghton. Follow registration signs to parking area.
Maryland and Central Pennsylvania: Take Route 15 north to Corning area; take Interstate 86 (Southern Tier Expressway) west to exit 30 (Belmont); turn onto Route 19 north and follow 14 miles to Houghton. Follow registration signs to parking area.
