Senior Leadership
I am inspired by the faith, courage, and reverence for God by Christian educators around the world! It reminds me of the story recounted in I Samuel 17 about David defeating Goliath. In verse 29, David’s response to the inaction of his
elder brothers and the Israelites especially encourages me. He boldly and nobly answers the call to action by asking, "Is there not a cause?”
I can think of no greater cause than to partner with you as you advance Kingdom education. We fully believe that authentic devotion to the Christian faith and academic excellence are mutually reinforcing. There are not two or three forms of excellence, but rather an ethos that is cultivated throughout every facet of our schools. Faith is not separated from learning but rather integrated intentionally, resulting in a distinctive Christian worldview.
Scholarship and learning become an integral component to the maturation process known as discipleship. Thus, becoming a disciple of Jesus Christ, the ultimate objective of the Great Commission (Matt. 28:16-20), is the prize for which we strive; it is the highest form of excellence! It is certainly conceivable that we could produce students with the spiritual depth needed to enter our pluralistic society and not fall prey to empty philosophies. Rather, they would be equipped to saturate the marketplace to which God has called them with confidence, purpose, and an eternal perspective.
ACSI’s ongoing mission is to strengthen Christian schools and equip Christian educators worldwide as they prepare students academically and inspire them to become devoted followers of Jesus Christ. We want to serve you as you continue to cultivate and sustain a flourishing school. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you—thank you for your obedience to God’s call on your life—you are indeed making a difference.

ACSI Announces Key Changes in Staff Structure in Alignment with Vision 2030
The Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) is pleased to announce key changes in its staff structure, including the appointment of Emily Pigott as Vice President of Educational Resources & Student Programs and Rajeev Shaw as Vice President of Sales.
Dr. Larry Taylor, ACSI President & CEO, believes these strategic changes will position the organization for ongoing success as it actively advances its Vision 2030 initiatives.
“We’re committed to positioning ACSI to best serve our schools globally, specifically in the areas of biblically based, cutting-edge resources and quality student leadership programs,” he said. “Emily and Rajeev are ideal leaders to advance ACSI’s mission.”
Pigott, who most recently served as Student Leadership and Learning Director for ACSI, assumes her new role as VP of Educational Resources & Student Programs. This role plays a vital part in shaping the future of Christian education by leading the development of innovative, biblically integrated educational resources and student leadership programs.
By overseeing product teams and setting a forward-thinking strategy, Pigott will drive the creation of high-quality content across diverse formats, from textbooks and online courses to AI-enhanced tools. She will build strategic partnerships, champion the responsible integration of emerging technologies, and ensure ACSI’s resources remain impactful, relevant, and aligned with a biblical worldview.
“I look forward to equipping schools and educators worldwide with transformative resources and programs that integrate faith and learning in ways that truly impact this generation and the next,” Pigott said. “As we embrace innovation and pursue excellence, I’m excited to lead a team committed to developing biblically based resources and programs that empower educators and students to grow as confident, compassionate leaders, grounded in truth and equipped to influence their communities for Christ.”
ACSI is also pleased to announce Rajeev Shaw as the Vice President of Sales.
In this role, Shaw will drive the growth and global reach of ACSI’s educational resources by developing and executing a comprehensive strategy tailored to the needs of schools, educators, and families. He will also build and mentor a high-performing sales team, foster key partnerships, and collaborate across departments to expand market share and ensure the successful adoption of ACSI’s offerings both in the U.S. and internationally. Previously, Shaw worked in global organizations strategically bringing valuable content and resources to consumers.
Shaw shared his excitement about this position.
"I am deeply honored to step into this exciting role with ACSI,” Shaw said. “It is a privilege to support the global mission to strengthen Christian schools and equip educators to impact the rising generation for Christ. I look forward to building strong partnerships and expanding the reach of ACSI’s transformative resources to serve schools around the world with excellence and purpose."
ACSI continues to pursue its Vision 2030 initiatives, ensuring the highest quality and excellence in equipping Christian educators across the globe.
