November 13, 2025
The ACSI 2025 South Asia Conference brought together school leaders, educators, and Christian education advocates from across South Asia for a three-day conference in September. The conference theme, “Advance,” was centered around guiding Christ-centered education toward excellence and flourishing.
The event welcomed 64 delegates from three countries.
The event featured distinguished speakers, including the Senior Legal Council of a Supreme Court, a Counseling Psychologist and Trainer with Focus on the Family, CEO of Word and Deed Educational Society, and the leader of a youth organization.
These leaders explored key themes including school sustainability, challenges faced by private schools, the kingdom of God, and the promotion of Biblical integration, among many others.
Dr. Mark, Divisional Director of ACSI South Asia , shared an inspiring overview of ACSI’s mission and South Asia initiatives, including professional development webinars, prayer meetings, and the ACSI Advance magazine. School leaders served by ACSI South Asia described the support that the office provides as a “lifeline.”
Dr. Gavin, ACSI’s Chief Strategy Officer , brought a message of hope to school leaders who serve in challenging contexts and often face persecution. He explored how biblical truth can be woven into classroom teachings, giving practical ways for educators to integrate faith and learning.
Adding valuable insight from her field, a leader of a School Association with over 3,000 schools spoke candidly about the challenges Christian schools face today. Drawing from her extensive experience, she offered potential solutions and encouragement to help other leaders navigate similar obstacles.
Participants shared heartfelt reflections on the impact of the conference. A school leader noted the practical value of this year’s sessions on biblical integration, while a young couple described how the event clarified their calling to start a Christian school.
Many attendees expressed that they left feeling encouraged, spiritually enriched, and united as they returned to serving their communities.
The 2025 ACSI South Asia Conference brought meaningful collaboration for Christian school leaders. They left with a deepened faith, sharpened leadership, and a strengthened commitment to further advance Christian education.
