Contact the Certification Department

Due to the volume of certification applications we receive, our Certification Department must spend much of their time evaluating these applications; however, we do dedicate a portion of time to answering questions each day. Generally, we are able to respond to questions sent through one of the three avenues below within the same business day, or early the next if we receive it later in the day; however, we always strive to keep a short list of outstanding questions and answer all correspondence as quickly as possible. Please note: the quickest way to get a response is via the online form or to e-mail certification@acsi.org.

Contacting the CEU Coordinator

If you have questions about uploading courses for approval, uploading CEUs for teachers who have completed an approved course, or other questions about providing CEUs, the CEU Coordinator can be reached in one of three ways:
