Leading with Innovation: Advancing Christ-Centered Excellence in Early Childhood Education
This four-part leadership workshop equips Christian early childhood administrators to lead with innovation while remaining firmly grounded in a Christ-centered mission and vision. Participants will explore strategies for faith-filled leadership, authentic biblical worldview integration, policy awareness and advocacy, and instructional innovation through play and inquiry. Through expert presentations, panel discussions, collaborative reflection, and practical application, leaders will examine how to strengthen programs, support teachers, build thriving learning communities, and respond to emerging opportunities and challenges in early education. Grounded in biblical truth and research-informed practice, this workshop empowers leaders to cultivate excellence, inspire growth, and advance meaningful learning for children, families, and schools.
