Option 2: Student Leadership Institute Educator Training

Emily Pigott
VP of Educational Resources & Student Programs
ACSI Senior Fellow

In today’s rapidly changing cultural landscape, students are eager to lead—but often lack the clarity, formation, and guidance needed to do so well. This interactive session equips educators with a biblical and practical framework for developing a sustainable student leadership culture that moves students from apathy to action and from influence to impact.

Rooted in the principles of servant leadership, this training explores how schools can intentionally cultivate students who lead with humility, courage, and a Christ-centered worldview. Participants will gain insight into how to shift from program-based leadership models to transformational leadership development that shapes both character and calling.

Educators will walk away with practical strategies to identify, develop, and empower student leaders within their unique school context. Through a clear implementation framework, attendees will learn how to build a leadership pathway that integrates discipleship, real-world application, and meaningful opportunities for students to engage culture for Christ.

Designed for middle school, high school, and university educators, this session provides both the foundation and the tools needed to establish or strengthen a thriving student leadership program—one that develops students who are prepared not only to lead in school, but to influence the world for Christ.
