Florida Approval Program

The ACSI Florida Approval Program (FAP) is designed to provide a religious exemption alternative to the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) licensing program. By becoming a member of ACSI and the Florida Approval Program, an early education program that is a ministry of a church may come under the “religious exemption” granted by the Florida Statute 402.316.
