Your search for amazing candidates is hitting the road this Fall!

We are thrilled to be hosting an in-person tour with stops at three top Christian universities: Grand Canyon University, Oklahoma Baptist University, and Liberty University. International school recruiters will have the opportunity to meet students, faculty, and admission staff, as well as tour each campus. Recruiters will also have the opportunity to participate in discussion panels to share more about their schools and teaching internationally.

     Dates: 4-12 November 2026

    Please Only Register Once

    • If your school or organization is attending multiple stops, you only need to register your school or organization once.

What is an international Christian school?

International Christian schools are those located outside of the U.S.* that serve the expatriate community and, often, a portion of the host country's population. These schools use curricular programs originating outside their host country, employ internationally educated faculty, and specifically develop programs that prepare students for tertiary education outside the host country. Frequently, instruction is in English with a Western-style curriculum. These schools must be members of ACSI’s International Division. The Job Fair Tour has been created for this group of member schools and they have preferred rates.

*U.S. member schools may not participate in this international member benefit.

What is a global national Christian school?

Global National Christian schools are located outside the U.S.* and primarily focus on serving the local population. They follow the curriculum guidelines of their home country and usually use that country's language. Any global national school that wishes to participate in the Job Fair Tour must be a member of one of ACSI's regional divisions. The Job Fair Tour is not a member benefit for these schools, and they do not qualify for the preferred rate.

*U.S. member schools may not participate in this international member benefit.

    Agency Rates:

    1. Grand Canyon University Only: $375

    2. Oklahoma Baptist University Only: $375

    3.  Liberty University Only: $375

    4. Grand Canyon University and Oklahoma Baptist University: $525

    5. Oklahoma Baptist University and Liberty University: $525

    6. Grand Canyon University and Liberty University: $525

    7. All - Grand Canyon University, Oklahoma Baptist University, and Liberty University: $625

    What is an Agency?

An agency is an organization that represents or recruits for multiple ACSI member schools. Participating in this event is a benefit for our member schools. If you participate as an Agency then you must be recruiting for ACSI member schools.

*We’re shifting locations this year as we explore a rotation between Dallas Baptist University and Oklahoma Baptist University. Though smaller, OBU offers a strong education program with opportunities for student teaching abroad and a Global Marketplace Engagement (GME) degree that prepares students for cross‑cultural work. Majors such as Business, Graphic Design, Secondary Education, and Early Childhood Education all require an overseas internship, making OBU a strategic partner for international school engagement.
    Travel/Accomodations

To help recruiters plan for the Job Fair Tour, the information below outlines travel responsibilities, transportation options, and suggested accommodations near each host university. While the universities graciously host the event and provide the fair-day experience, participating schools are responsible for arranging their own travel logistics throughout the tour.

We hope this information will help you plan a smooth and enjoyable recruiting trip.

    Travel Information

Travel Arranged by Recruiters / Schools

Participants are responsible for arranging and covering:

Make the Most of Your Time in the U.S.

Since many schools travel internationally to attend the Job Fair Tour, we encourage recruiters to consider planning additional recruiting visits while in the United States.

Some schools choose to visit other universities, meet with alumni, or schedule additional candidate interviews during their trip. Expanding your itinerary can be a great way to maximize your recruiting efforts and build new partnerships while you are already in the U.S.
