We love connecting great candidates with our international member schools. We've found that virtual job fairs provide a unique opportunity to connect recruiters with candidates they wouldn't be able to meet at in-person events, so we're thrilled to be hosting a virtual job fair on 8 December 2026.



International Virtual Job Fair Quick Facts:

📅 Date: Tuesday, 8 December 2026
⏰ Time: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST
📍 Location: Online via Premier Virtual

Hosted on the Premier Virtual platform, this event allows employers to:

  • Screen and chat with candidates in real time

  • Take notes and review resumes

  • Connect with candidates during and after the event

Returning participants can save time by duplicating their previous virtual booth and job postings—no need to re-enter information!

Recruiters can participate for as little or as long as they like within the 7:00am – 10:00pm EST event window.

Registration Details
  • One paid registration per school or organization
    Only one paid registration is required in our system, no matter how many staff members will participate.
  • Includes full access to Premier Virtual
    Your registration gives you access to Premier Virtual, where you can create and customize your virtual recruiting booth.
  • Premier Virtual platform registration (free)
    The person who completes the paid registration for the school or organization must also complete a separate, free registration within the Premier Virtual platform. This allows them to:
    • Access the event
    • Create and manage their virtual booth
    • Assign roles to any number of additional representatives (Admin, Editor, or Representative)

International School Member* – $350.00

Global National Member* – $450.00

Agency – $450.00

🔍 If you are connected to a member school, make sure you are listed on your ACSI school roster to receive the member rate.

⚠️ *Please note: U.S. member schools are not eligible for this international member benefit. See definitions below for more information.


Important Dates:
  • TBD: Premier Virtual platform training (optional)
  • Tuesday, 24 November: Employer registration deadline
  • Tuesday, 1 December: Employers must have virtual booths set up

What is an international Christian school?

International Christian schools are those located outside of the U.S.* that serve the expatriate community and, often, a portion of the host country's population. These schools use curricular programs originating outside their host country, employ internationally educated faculty, and specifically develop programs that prepare students for tertiary education outside the host country. Frequently, instruction is in English with a Western-style curriculum. These schools must be members of ACSI’s International Division. The Virtual Job Fair has been created for this group of member schools and they have preferred rates.

 

What is a global national Christian school?

Global national Christian schools are located outside the U.S.* and primarily focus on serving the local population. They follow the curriculum guidelines of their home country and usually use that country's language. Any global national school that wishes to participate in the Job Fair Tour must be a member of one of ACSI's regional divisions. The Virtual Job Fair is not a member benefit for these schools, and they do not qualify for the preferred rate.

*U.S. member schools may not participate in this international member benefit. 

What is an agency?

An agency is an organization that represents or recruits for multiple ACSI member schools. Participating in this event is a benefit for our member schools. If you participate as an Agency then you must be recruiting for ACSI member schools.

Do you have a calling in international Christian education? Our international member schools are always looking for incredible people to join their staff. Job seekers have the opportunity to meet with dozens of recruiters hiring for teaching and non-teaching positions.
