The primary features of Flourishing Networks include “Commitment” to growth & improvement, “Connection” to work toward goal(s), through sharing of ideas, research, and resources, and “Collaboration”, through engaging conversations and overall encouragement for growth.

Choose from 4 groups based on your role and/or focus:

  • Head of School (President, CEO, Primary Administrator, Superintendent)
  • Academic Leaders (Principals, Academic Deans, Curriculum Directors, Instructional Leaders)
  • Operational Leaders (CFO, Business Manager, Admissions, Development Marketing)
  • Student Engagement (Athletic Directors, Guidance Counselors, Spiritual Life, Student Life, Other)

There will be 9 monthly meetings over the academic year covering all 5 Flourishing Domains and associated Constructs facilitated by professional practitioners with "Content Expert" engagement.
